Outbound Investment Summit

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

By registering for the Outbound Investment Summit (“the Event”) and using this website (outboundsummit.com), you agree to the following terms. The Event is organized by Outbound Investment Group, 5A01, 1378 Lujiabang Road, Wanshili Tower, Huangpu District, Shanghai, China (“we,” “us,” “the Organizer”).

1. The Event

The Outbound Investment Summit is a free, in-person event held in New York City. The specific date and venue will be communicated to confirmed attendees. The Event features educational presentations, panels, and networking focused on investment and wealth-related topics. Attendance is by registration and confirmation only.

2. Registration & Admission

Submitting a registration does not guarantee admission. All registrations are subject to a confirmation process — which may include a brief confirmation call — to ensure the Event remains relevant and high-caliber for all attendees. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, revoke, or refuse any registration or admission at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

Confirmed tickets are personal to the registrant, non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned to any other person without our prior written consent.
Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.

3. No Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

The Event and all related content, presentations, materials, and discussions are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Event or on this website constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, nor does anything constitute an offer to sell — or a solicitation of an offer to buy — any security, fund interest, or financial product.

Views expressed by speakers, panelists, sponsors, and other attendees are their own and do not represent the views of the Organizer. You are solely responsible for any investment or financial decisions you make. We strongly encourage you to consult your own licensed financial, legal, and tax advisors before acting on any information obtained at or in connection with the Event.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to alter the Event program, speakers, format, venue, or date, or to cancel or postpone the Event at any time and for any reason. As the Event is free to attend, we shall have no liability for any costs or losses you incur in connection with any such change, postponement, or cancellation — including, but not limited to, travel, accommodation, or other expenses. We strongly recommend booking flexible travel arrangements.

5. Photography, Filming & Media Release

The Event may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you grant the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice as captured at the Event across any media — including for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes — without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify a member of our team at the Event.

6. Attendee Conduct

We expect all attendees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior we consider, at our sole discretion, to be disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Event, without liability.

Attendees may not solicit, promote, or market their own products or services at the Event without our prior written consent.

7. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive communications from us relating to the Event — including by email, phone, and SMS/text message (including automated messages) — at the contact details you provide. Confirmation calls may be recorded for quality and verification purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of email via the unsubscribe link in any message. Please note that opting out of communications may affect our ability to confirm your registration.

8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You attend the Event at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries arising from or in connection with your registration for, attendance at, or inability to attend the Event — including any loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data, or any decision made in reliance on content presented at the Event.

9. Intellectual Property

All Event branding, materials, and content provided by the Organizer remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event presentations or materials without our prior written consent.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or attendance at the Event following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
